How do I create an account?
Open Knotos on your iPhone, tap "Register", enter your phone number, display name, and a password of at least 8 characters. You'll be logged in immediately after.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Password reset is not yet available in-app. Please email us at vanthuong.dao2004@gmail.com from the phone number's registered email and we will manually reset your account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, all messages, media, and call history within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Why can't I find a contact?
You can search by username or phone number. Make sure the person has created a Knotos account and that you're entering the exact phone number (including country code, e.g. +84).
My messages aren't sending. What should I do?
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. If the server status indicator shows red, there may be a temporary outage — please try again later.
Is Knotos available on Android?
Not yet. Knotos is currently iOS-only. Android and web versions are in development — join our waitlist on the home page to be notified when they launch.
How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Go to Settings → Feedback inside the app. You can also email vanthuong.dao2004@gmail.com with the subject "Bug Report" or "Feedback".
