Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Knotos iOS application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Knotos. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate phone number and keep your information up to date.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You agree not to use Knotos to:

• Share illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or obscene content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You retain ownership of content you send through Knotos. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content you share and must ensure you have the right to share it.

Knotos and its design, logos, source code, and content are the intellectual property of Van Thuong Dao. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knotos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect via in-app notification or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
